Pitch Letter
In this project, I developed a mock pitch letter for Warner Bros. Discovery, inviting a journalist to attend an internal company meeting focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion. The letter outlined ongoing DEI initiatives while proposing opportunities for the brand to further support inclusivity for both employees and audiences.
News Release
This project features a mock news release announcing a new hire at Warner Bros. Discovery. Using an assigned persona, I crafted messaging that introduced a DEI-focused leadership role while aligning with the company’s voice and strategic priorities.
Op-Ed
As part of this exercise, I developed an op-ed written from the perspective of the CEO of Warner Bros. Discovery, advocating for women’s healthcare rights in the United States. The piece uses the cultural impact of the film Barbie to strengthen the argument, demonstrating how entertainment can influence and support broader social issues.
Appeal Letter
This project features an appeal letter written from the perspective of Warner Bros. Discovery CEO David Zaslav, encouraging audiences to support a nonprofit organization. The letter promotes Girls Inc. and highlights its mission to empower and support young girls across the country.
